Our client based in Durban is looking for an individual with Streamline experience to join their logistics team as a Customer Service Officer.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

Management of export shipments per booking reference.

Liaising with the shipping agent and transporters.

Capturing and submitting of accurate packing lists to client and shipping agent.

Effective handling of client queries and complaints and providing general client support.

Updating client records in the system

Assist with continuous improvement of client service and experience.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**

Matric.

Tertiary qualification in supply chain is advantageous.

Must have a minimum 2 years Streamline experience (WMS).

Must have a minimum of 3 years working knowledge and experience in a similar role and within a warehouse environment.

Proven track record in Customer service and is passionate about customer service.

Computer literate - Intermediate MS Excel and Outlook Invoicing of warehouse costs.

High levels of accuracy in data capturing.

Ability to accurately reconcile written and printed documentation.

Ability to work in a pressurized environment.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Team player.

Possess a valid drivers license and own transport.
