Responsibilities of the Role
- Provide input into the talent acquisition strategy to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Perform full recruitment cycle, own and juggle multiple contingent requisitions and maintain high quality throughout the full cycle.
- Advertise open roles on various channels (using our internal process)
- Partner with the Hiring manager by assisting them with screening resumes based on essential criteria.
- Organize recruitment events (job fairs, career days, in-house recruitment events)
- Developing and expanding our employer brand and be a brand ambassador.
- Recruitment reporting and keep track and analyse recruitment metrics.

Requirements of the Role
- Matric is essential plus relevant degree or related experience required.
- Work Experience
- Minimum 4 years’ experience working as an In-house recruiter, agency recruiter, or similar role within an IT or technology environment with proven experience recruiting in a high growth environment.
- Proven experience of exceeded hiring goals while forming successful relationships with hiring partners in a constantly evolving environment.
- Hands on experience in using MS Office, databases, applicant tracking systems and HRIS systems.
- Knowledge and Abilities
- A role model in creative sourcing strategies.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and capable of adapting and responding to change.
- Thrive in a dynamic culture, confident with eye-catching positivity, upbeat and energetic.
