**Job Summary**: Providing services such as property sales, rentals, and asset management, to name a few, our client is a major Real Estate organisation with a large footprint. They offer property solutions to national and regional clients. Although, predominantly known for their presence in the commercial sector, they additionally conduct business in the retail and industrial sector. With operations in KZN, Western Cape, Qqeberha and Gauteng, they are looking for a Commercial Portfolio Administrator to join their Johannesburg team. This role requires a detail-orientated and highly organised individual.

Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:

- Tenant queries
- Reconciliations and processing adjustments
- Drafting leases, addendums, and concessions
- Carrying out TPN checks
- Attending to all maintenance issues, from opening job card to ensuring completion of work by contractors
- Budgets administration
- Management report administration
- Vacating tenants online
- Capturing new buildings

To be considered for this role you will need to have 3 years’ experience in a similar role, a relevant tertiary diploma/degree and sound knowledge of MRI property software. Experience in the Commercial or Retail sector is imperative. Proven financial skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to succeed in this role.
