**Job Description**:
The Portfolio Administrator is responsible for providing day-to-day clerical and administration support to Portfolio Managers which includes planning, tracking and documentation of one or multiple initiations from project inception to closeout. Excellent organisational skills are required to ensure efficient delivery of allocated tasks, while always maintaining discretion and confidentiality on matters relating to the office and the division.

You will engage with following stakeholders:

- Portfolio Managers and Project Managers
- Key Client Portfolio / Project Stakeholders
- Key Stakeholders in other BankservAfrica Client Organisations
- Business Unit and Product Owners

**KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Portfolio and Project Administration
- Administration of Project Office Tool, including registration of new initiatives and follow-up, and end user training for new staff that require to use the system
- Manage and control the portfolio management status reporting, user management and sanity tests
- Maintain team calendars and deal with day-to-day enquiries and requests
- Manage and maintain internal and external partner database

**QUALIFICATION / KNOWLEDGE**
- Standard 10 / Grade 12 / University Entrance - NQF 4
- CAPM certification
- Project Management Life Cycle
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Microsoft Project
- Microsoft Outlook
- Project Management software tools

**EXPERIENCE**
- 1 - 3 years’ work experience as an Administrator in a project or portfolio environment
