Front Office Receptionist

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the hotel
- Check guests in and out of their rooms, ensuring all information is accurate
- Answer all incoming calls and respond to guests' inquiries
- Manage and handle guest complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's services, amenities, and promotions
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Ensure all guest data is accurately recorded and kept confidential
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel front office operations, as a Hotel Receptionist or Guest Relations Agent in a 4/5 star hotel
- Must have OPERA experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Computer literate with a good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Fluent in written and spoken English, additional languages will be an advantage
