Valet/porter

The Valet Driver/Porter provides professional transportation and delivery service to the Front Office Department to the highest level of responsiveness, care and attention to safety and reliability. The Driver/Porter is responsible for checking, loading, transporting and off-loading, equipment, goods, people and supplies to destinations designated by the Concierge or Front Office Manager, this includes assisting guests with luggage. The Valet Driver/Porter performs the work of logistics and transportation according to the policies, processes and standards as defined and befitting a luxury Hotel.

The Valet Driver/Porter will also be required to assist other departments during quieter times with duties such as, but not limited to mini bar, housekeeping and maintenance.

The role works with the Concierge and Front Office teams to ensure that transportation services are always delivered on time and to the standards defined and expected by The Front Office Department.

**Salary**: R6 500,00 - R7 500,00 per month
