Receptionist

**Responsibilities**
- Basic Reception duties
- Administration
- Patient care
- Assist with cleaning of hearing aids, as well as minor repairs on hearing aids - training will be provided
- Assist with marketing initiatives
- Build good relationships with patients and excellent customer service
- Overseeing the general housekeeping of the practice
- Basic financial responsibilities - managing petty cash, receiving cash / card payments; issuing receipts & weekly banking
- Billing and medical aid administration & queries
**Qualifications**
- At least 3 years' experience as a Receptionist or Administrator
- Experience working with medical aid claims will be advantageous
- Grade 12 certificate
- Computer Literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Syspro experience will be beneficial
- Own vehicle and valid drivers licence
- Clear criminal background (willing to undergo a criminal check)
**Salary**: R10,000.00 per month
