**Job description**:

- Examine and resolve queries timeously.
- Administer multiple invoice proposals.
- Assist with billing when senior administrators are not available.
- Manage invoice requests received by the centralized team.
- Calculate and cross-check invoices before finalization.
- Submit invoices for final sign-off and distribution.
- Prepare invoice proposals.
- Print out pro forma invoices for verification and checking by relevant fee earners.
