**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Event co-ordination for Cape Town office - External Clients and internal Partners & Staff
- Co-ordination of the Auditorium & Boardroom hire, promotional items, marketing material, local advertising and seminars
- Execute corporate communications
- Assist with general ad hoc duties relating to marketing, events & CSI
- Provide support to relevant team members within your department and/or other departments when required.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Diploma/Certificate or equivalent
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience within an Administration role
- Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in a Marketing and Events coordination role
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of travel and accommodation arrangements (local and international)
- Experience in database management system
- Knowledge of office management systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects/deliverables
- Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
- Negotiating skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to cope well under pressure
- Own vehicle
- High energy and positive personality
