Our client is seeking a Conference and Events Coordinator to join their team.

**Requirements**:

- Conference and events experience.
- Matric.
- Tertiary qualification in hospitality or events management
- Have experience in a similar field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and execute conferences, seminars, and other corporate events from conception to completion.
- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, transportation, accommodations, and signage.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, preferences, and requirements, and provide personalized event solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional service delivery.
- Manage event registration processes, including attendee registration, ticketing, and communication.
- Oversee on-site event operations, including setup, registration, participant assistance, and troubleshooting.
- Evaluate event success and effectiveness through post-event feedback, analysis, and reporting.

**Salary**:
R17 000 CTC
