We are building a multi-brand business, covering staffing and recruitment in the UK. We have offices in London, Surrey and Birmingham in the UK, Ahmedabad in India and Cape Town in South Africa.

Care Recruitment is a recent acquisition into the group and focuses on placing carers in roles across the UK. The team is small but growing, and, to take the business to the next level, we are looking to build a team of hungry, driven recruitment consultants.
- **The responsibilities of this role include**:_
- Manage existing client relationships and serve as their primary point of contact for all staffing needs.
- Effectively communicate with clients to understand their staffing requirements, including shift patterns, skill sets, and desired qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule carers to fulfill client bookings, ensuring optimal match of skills and availability.
- Collaborate with the resourcing team to identify and attract qualified carers through various channels.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and actively engage in business development activities, including outreach, social selling and leveraging our and your existing networks.
- As your portfolio grows, managing this portfolio to drive long term relationships, revenue growth and high service levels.
- Collaborate with the resourcing team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including DBS checks, right to work documentation, and training certifications.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and proactive in identifying new business opportunities

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month
