Our client situated in Boksburg is seeking the expertise of a Quality Systems Inspector to join their expanding team on a 12 month contract.

**Requirements**:

- Medically fit
- No criminal record or pending criminal cases as the site is considered a National Key Point

**Qualifications**
- NQF 6 in Engineering or equivalent.(Software and automation)

**Experience**
- Experience in programming and data system development
- Designing and creating software programs, integrating systems and software, training end-users, analysing algorithms and modifying source-code.
- Testing software to check whether they meet the functional and non-functional requirements.
- Programming languages such as Java, Python, Javascript, etc

**Duties**
- Achieve departmental expenses in line with budget/forecast.
- Excess stock reduction (quarantine).
- Programming and systems that will reduce scrap and rework via traceability systems
- Ensure processes are optimised for dispatch of excellent quality product.
- Process quality monitoring and improvement.
- Involved/ support new systems
- Develop and create automated systems for quality and data management
- Improve data management systems
- Ensure process are always ready for ISO or customer audits.
- Develop and maintain large data systems of all products information
- Develop and maintain data systems and QM systems that will allow traceability and component management on the shop floor
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner to ensure we uphold the RDM values and create an environment for teamwork.
- Work must be carried out in accordance with all SHEQE related standards and/or regulation while adhering to the RDM policies and procedures.
- Accountable to ensure quality product leaves premises and work is conducted in a safe manner,
- Performance of mechanical inspections using both standard and specialized measuring equipment.
- Carrying out of tests using automated machines such as MTS tensile tests, CMM measurements, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary

**Salary**: R98.58 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
