As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in helping our customers navigate our products and services, providing them with exceptional support and guidance every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
- Educate customers on the benefits of our zero-waste waste solutions and provide guidance on how to effectively implement them.
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our customer support processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Brainstorm and implement ideas with the team based on customer insights, requests, and lessons.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge or interest in sustainability and environmental issues is a plus.
