Provide full PA support to the company director
Running personal errands for the Director
Diary management
Organising meetings
Preparing reports
Assisting with golf days
Travel arrangements - flights, car hire, accommodation
Ensure good housekeeping of office
Ensure that all documents are filed and easily accessible
Arrange and coordinate client functions
Matric
Relevant qualification will be advantageous
Previous experience working as a PA supporting the company director
