Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy across multiple channels, including digital, social media, SEO, PPC, affiliates, and influencer marketing.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention through data-driven strategies, including CRM, loyalty programs, and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize marketing budget allocation to maximize return on investment (ROI) and improve overall marketing efficiency.
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and creative execution to ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence across all customer touchpoints.
  • Utilize analytics and performance data to measure marketing effectiveness, identifying areas for optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to ensure the brand remains competitive and compliant.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, compliance, commercial, and technology teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, affiliates, and vendors, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 7+ years of experience in a senior marketing leadership role within the iGaming or Sports Betting industry.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, growth strategies, CRM, performance marketing, and brand development.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media advertising, affiliate marketing, and influencer partnerships.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets and achieving measurable ROI.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • A strategic mindset with a strong analytical approach to performance measurement and optimization.
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Familiarity with iGaming industry regulations and compliance frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience executing international marketing campaigns and multi-territory strategies.
  • A strong industry network, particularly within affiliates, media partners, and regulatory bodies.
