Administration Officer: Stakeholder Management

To provide a wide range of administrative support to the stakeholder manager within the Monitoring and Analysis Division

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Perform administrative and other support functions in Strategic Stakeholder Management division.
- Provide administrative support functions to through obtaining, capturing information timely, efficient, and accurate onto various information systems/databases/folders
- Effective record management and maintaining of record systems and statistics for updating to relevant platforms
- Regular engagement with stakeholders in relation to information requirements
- Build and maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders
- Providing timely logístical and administration support for stakeholder engagements and meetings / including boardroom bookings
- Undertake administrative functions that maintain timely, efficient, and accurate information evaluation and capturing/uploading into various information systems/databases/folders
- Provide timely and accurate minute taking for meetings / undertake general secretarial functions
- Preparing and timely submission/updating of information for meetings / interactions and recording and sharing thereof
- Effective recordkeeping of required documentation,
- Effective support / coordination of stakeholder management division’s catering requirements
- Undertake ad hoc functions in line with allocated area of work within the division
- Providing timely and accurate minute taking for meetings / undertake general secretarial functions as required for working group and project meetings
- Preparing and timely submission/updating of information for meetings / interactions and recording and sharing thereof
- Effective recordkeeping of required documentation
- Undertaking ad hoc functions in line with allocated area of work within the division

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or certificate
- 3 years administration support experience
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong MS Excel skills
- An intermediate to advanced level of computer literacy, including MS Word, MS Access, MS Project; MS Excel, MS Visio and MS Power Point
