Are you a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual with a passion for hospitality? We are seeking a skilled Reservationist to join our clients team at a prestigious 4* Luxury Hotel in the vibrant city of Cape Town.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reservation Management: Handle guest reservations efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, handling reservations, and assisting with special requests.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and other departments to ensure smooth coordination of reservations.
- Up-selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and promoting hotel services to enhance the guest experience.
- Database Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the reservation system, ensuring the integrity of guest information.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless and positive guest experience.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to reservations in a professional and timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Previous experience in a reservationist role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with reservation systems and hotel operations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
