Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the relevant Company standard operating procedures.
  • Sourcing
  • Admininistartion
  • Monitor and address all complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve relevant complaints efficiently.
  • Maintains security by following procedures
  • Answer calls and direct through to the correct departments/ persons.
  • Complete adhoc admin tasks.
  • Complete all necessary printing and filing within the department.
  • Maintain an unsuccessful database as per legal requirements.
  • Ensure professional and positive attitude when interacting with people.
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions.
  • Ensure high level of service
  • Ensure communication is adapted to meet the needs of the specific individual
  • Ensure optimal Client Service Delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Follow Company policies and processes outlined by the POPIA
  • Making sure booking requests and setups are seen to, for Boardrooms and Auditorium.
  • Assisting Facilities Ops. Supervisor with daily checks of the building when needed.

  • Experience as a Receptionist/related positions advantageous.
