Duties/Pligte
- Koördineer die produksieskedule vir skenker
- en alumni-kommunikasie oor al die verskillende formate (waaronder video, aanlyn en druk, kollateraal vir geleenthede,
en produksie van handelsware) heen, om seker te maak dat daar by spertye gehou en dat alle produksieversoeke en produksie-inligting op samehangende en
stelselmatige wyse aangeteken en mee tred gehou word;Werk met die bestuurder van alumni
- en skenkerbetrokkenheid saam om seker te maak dat daar aan alle administratiewe vereistes wat met produksie verband hou,voldoen word (bv. finansies, kontraktering, aankope, nakoming);Die verspreiding van amptelike kommunikasie, die reël van vergaderings en direkte skakeling met die betrokke OAB-kollegas en interne/eksterne vennote in(skedulering van kommunikasie, vryskutkontrakte, rekwisisie van drukwerk en handelsware);Hou die kommunikasiekalender bygewerk om die werksvloei te koördineer en koördineer werksvloeivergaderings;-
- Ontwikkel en implementeer toepaslike en innoverende prosesse om deurlopende dienslewering en doeltreffende kommunikasiebestuur te verbeter;-
- Beheer en monitering van spesifieke begrotingskostepunt(e) uitgawes en gereelde kwartaalikse verslagdoening hieroor.- Coordinating the production schedule for donor and alumni communication across different formats (including video, online and print, eventing collateral, and
merchandise production), to ensure that deadlines are met and that all production requests and production information are recorded and tracked in a coherent and
- systematic way;
- Working with the manager of alumni and donor engagement to ensure that all administrative requirements associated with production are fulfilled (e.g., finance,
contracting, procurement, compliance);Distributing official communication, arranging meetings, and directly liaising with relevant DAR colleagues and internal/external partners (communication scheduling,freelancer contracts, printing, and merchandise requisitioning);Maintaining a communications calendar to coordinate workflow and coordinating workflow meetings;-
- Developing and implementing applicable and innovative processes to improve on continuous service delivery and to improve efficient communications management;-
- Controlling and monitoring specific budget cost centre(s) expenditure and regular reporting on these quarterly.Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes
- Toepaslike kwalifikasie, soos 'n baccalaureus in bestuur of logistiek, of 'n Nasionale Diploma (NQF6) in ondernemingsbestuur, kantooradministrasie of
bedryfsbestuur, of gelykwaardig, en 'n minimum van vier (4) jaar se verwante werkservaring;'n Geldige, ongeëndosseerde Suid-Afrikaanse kode 8-rybewys;- Buitengewone mondelinge en skriftelike kommunikasie
- en organiseringsvaardighede, met die bewese vermoë om te kan prioritiseer;- Basiese finansiële, leierskaps
- en onderhandelingsvaardighede en gevorderde kennis van verskillende produksie-aspekte;- Ervaring in kopieskryf, bemarkingstegnieke, verskillende kommunikasiemedia en die vermoë om teen 'n vinnige pas in 'n dinamiese omgewing te werk;- Uitstekende interpersoonlike vaardighede en die vermoë om met persone op bestuursvlak en ander vlakke in en buite die US te skakel;- Hoëvlak-rekenaargeletterdheid in die Microsoft Office-pakket (waaronder Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive en OneNote);- Die vermoë om onafhanklik en akkuraat aan die uitvoer van take te kan werk;- Buitengewone administratiewe en algemene kantoorvaardighede.
- Appropriate qualification such as a Bachelor's degree in business or logistics, or a National diploma (NQF6) in business management, office administration or
operations management, or equivalent, and at least four years' related work experience;A valid, unendorsed Code 08 South African driver's licence;-
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and organisational skills, with proven ability to prioritise;-
- Basic finance skills, leadership skills, negotiation skills, and advanced knowledge in various production aspects;-
- Experience in copywriting, marketing techniques, different media for communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;-
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with persons at management and other levels in and outside SU;-
- High-level computer literacy in the Microsoft Office suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and OneNote);-
- Independence and accuracy with the execution of tasks;-
