Administrative Assistant for Sales

The Sales Administrator at Traderoot, a leading Fintech company, plays a critical role in supporting the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team in the Fintech industry. The Sales Administrator is responsible for the effective management of sales data, the co-ordination of sales activities and ensuring the seamless flow of information between the sales team, customers and other internal teams within Traderoot. The Sales Administrator plays a key role in developing strategies to ensure sales targets are achieved and high-quality customer interactions are maintained.
**Primary responsibilities**
- **Sales documentation**
Prepare and manage sales contracts, sales proposals and quotations for clients.
Ensure sales documentation is completed accurately and in full, including the terms and conditions on all documents.
- **Customer relationship management (CRM)**
Maintain and update the CRM system with client information, sales activities and progress in achieving sales strategies.
Assist in managing and organising the sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities and stages of sales strategies.
- **Communications support**
Co-ordinate internal and external communication with regards to sales enquiries, requests and issues.
Co-ordinate communication between sales team members and clients, ensuring responses are delivered promptly and professionally.
- **Co-ordination of meetings and events**
Schedule and co-ordinate sales meetings, client presentations and events.
Assist in preparing agendas, materials and presentations and for meetings.
- **Sales reporting**
Generate regular sales reports and analyses to evaluate key performance metrics, sales metrics and progress towards achieving sales targets.
Assist in analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- **Sales support**
Provide administrative support to the sales team with regards to processing of client orders, co-ordination of logistics and following up on client requests.
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records and databases.
- **Training and onboarding**
Assist new sales team members by providing training on sales tools, processes and systems.
Assist with developing training materials and resources for sales team members.
- **Inventory management**
Monitor and manage inventory of promotional materials needed by the sales team.
Co-ordinate the distribution of promotional materials to sales team members as needed.
- **Customer service**
Address client enquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure they are providing exceptional customer service.
Pay: R12 000,00 - R17 000,00 per month
