Trifecta Capital is a South African private investment group that acquires real estate assets and property companies throughout South Africa.

We are seeking an experienced c-suite level executive to join the management team of the company in the capacity of Head of Capital. The Head of Capital is responsible for the following key areas:

- Engagements with investors and lenders whose lending criteria is in line with our acquisition criteria
- Sourcing and engaging new investors and lenders whose lending criteria are in line with our acquisition criteria
- Preparation and completion of presentations outlining the key aspects of an acquisition opportunity which are required by the board and investors to make an informed decision on pursuing the opportunity
- Engagements with investors and lenders to negotiate the best terms possible for deal funding and refinancing
- Engagements with sellers (individual, commercial, and institutional) on the sale of their assets and negotiating the best terms possible
- Oversight of financial performance of the portfolio
- Presentation of acquisition funding proposals from investors and lenders to the Chairman, Managing Director & CFO

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 60 months

**Salary**: R1,000,000.00 - R1,500,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Real Estate: 10 years (required)
- Capital Raising in Real Estate: 10 years (required)
