Our client based in Randburg is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team. This individual will be reporting to the Director and need to be an analytic and strategic-thinker, and able to steam line processes including working in a demanding environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with colleagues, peers and stakeholders
- Continuously develop own expertise in terms of professional, industry and legislation knowledge
- Keep a running to-do list up to date and complete actions
- Make itinerary for every trip - both personal and business trips and liaise with travel agent regarding travel arrangements
- Prepare for Board meetings and agenda packs and type up minutes of the meetings
- Set up appointments when required
- Collate monthly MD report
- Proposals / Presentations / Tenders etc
- Recon the MD’s personal accounts and keep payment schedule up to date and track payments monthly
- Keep tax expenses schedule updated for end of tax year recon to be sent to the tax consultant
- Diarising and keeping on top of all the MD’s personal appointments, monthly & annual subscriptions, prescriptions, licences, and car services
- Filing
- Any other personal requirements as instructed
- Identify solutions to enhance cost effectiveness and increase operational efficiency
- Responsibly managing financial and other company resources under your control
- Provide input into the risk identification processes and communicate recommendations in the appropriate forum

**MINIMUM EXPERIENCE**
- min 3-5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
- In-depth understanding of the entire office suite
- Professional level of verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making skills
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Administrative skills
- 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- To be thorough and pay attention to detail
- The ability to work well with others
- To be flexible and open to change
- Business Management skills
