We are currently focused on the Swimming Discipline of Aquatics but will begin with our Water Polo Programs and Synchronised Swimming Programs - later in 2023.
- Manage office activities and all company operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage coaching team, admin team etc. with the assistance of the national manager
- Manage budgeting
- Manage and build on records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Job Requirements
- Previous Swimming Coaching/ Aquatic Coaching experience will be extremely advantageous
- Must have their own car and valid drivers license
- Must be able to work 6 days per week - with one day off (weekends included)
- Proven experience as a senior manager or relevant role with a minimum of 4 years of experience
- Must be able to travel between branches and our office
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
- Qualifications in management studies will be an advantage

Remuneration
- R10 000 per month to R 11 000 per month (depending on qualification and experience)
- Medical aid fully paid for by the company
- Car maintenance allowance fully paid for by the company
- Retirement annuity fully paid for by the company
- Cellphone and laptop allowance paid for by the company

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R11,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
