A Human Resource (HR) person is responsible for managing various aspects of an organization's human capital. The job duties and responsibilities of an HR person may include:
2. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Orienting new hires, conducting new employee orientation, and managing exit interviews for departing employees.

3. Employee Relations: Handling employee grievances, managing employee disciplinary actions, and resolving conflicts between employees.

4. Performance Management: Setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and developing performance improvement plans.

5. Developing Job descriptions and SOP’s for each position.

6. Training and Development: Identifying employee training needs, coordinating and conducting training sessions, and implementing professional development programs.

7. Legal Compliance: Ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

8. HR Administration: Maintaining employee records, managing employee files, and ensuring accuracy of employee data.

9. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Developing and implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace.

10. HR Metrics: Tracking and analysing HR metrics such as employee turnover, absenteeism, and productivity to identify areas for improvement.

To be successful in this role, an HR person should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, have strong organizational skills, be knowledgeable about employment laws and regulations, and be able to maintain strict confidentiality. Additionally, an HR person should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and be able to adapt to changing priorities.

A successful applicant will need to have a relevant qualification in up-to-date H.R. Practices. At least 2 years work experience would be a bonus.

**Salary**: From R13,500.00 per month
