To plan, manage and monitor the implementation of service level agreements, activities and processes with third party suppliers in order to deliver on approved operational plans in an affective and efficient manner.

**Job Description**:
Risk Management
- Demonstrate prudence, sound judgement and appropriate and timely escalations in the management of all types of risk applicable to my role.
- Ensure Supplier Disaster Recovery Testing and conformance management
- Ensure risk appetite for suppliers is defined, and all supplier risks are effectively managed or mitigated

Contract and Supplier Management
- Ensure all supplier contracts are up-to-date and contracts achieve legal risk mitigation and commercial optimization
- Continuously review if contracts are still fit for purpose and meet business requirements
- Ensure all contracts are valid and are renewed before expiry
- Ensure all supplier management activities are completed on time
- Conduct conformance testing on suppliers that are in scope
- Ensure all supplier due diligence is completed and in line with Procurement policy
- Request updated BBBEE certificates on an annual basis
- Track BBBEE Transformation plans, where applicable
- Create Coupa requests for all projects in flight

Company - Support agenda toward process efficiencies and cost savings through defined business strategy and alignment.

Dual Interest Replacement Project

Support business by unpacking risks in the value chain.

Participation in supplier and internal stream and inclusion of strategy alignment.

Management of Medium and High-risk suppliers through continues engagement.

Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Facilitate sessions with both AVAF and Internal Stakeholders on a quarterly basis to ensure alignment of key focus areas in the business.
- To change conversation from tactical to more strategic.
- Work closely with legal and Finance and keep them abreast with new developments
- Collaborate with Collections Team and broader stakeholders at a group level to drive efficiencies
- SLA and Performance Management
- Ongoing management of all external and internal agreements.
- Re-design of the Internal SLA Estate, and movement from tactical to strategic conversations
- Identify new SLAs that need to be documented
- Review existing SLAs annually
- Management of Audit Findings
- Support with internal and external audit requirements
- Provide the requested information within the stipulated timeframes
- Remediate any audit findings
- Track and manage all supplier audit findings until completion
- Cost Optimisation
- Support with cost optimization by identifying cost saving opportunities
- Limit any spend leakages and supplier overcharges
- Facilitate invoice payments and PO creation
- Ensure that all payments made are in line with the contract terms
- Conduct audits and reconciliations on payments made
- Support on Strategic Initiatives
- POPIA Remediation Project - Provide a complete list of 3rd party suppliers within the AVAF space
- Support on implementing and embedding the strategic solution for the contract management system
- De-risk the business from key man dependencies.
- Alternative suppliers
- Reduce supplier risk exposure by bringing services in - house.
- RFP new services
- Leverage of Group agreements for negotiations on volume -based services e.g. CCD & Metrofile Group agreement.
- Natis delivery comms - consider converting from supplier to internal.
- Engage in long term contracts in order to extract more commercial value.
