**About the Position**:
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Develop and manage the hiring process, including interview processes and standards.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees to become fully integrated
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Promote company's reputation as "employer of choice''
- Advise, mentor and coach hiring managers on recruiting processes
**Qualification and Skills**
- 3+ years of proven work experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to source, recruit and hire for medical related positions
- Experience in building and refining full-cycle recruiting processes
- Oversight of day-to-day recruiting operations
- Solid ability to conduct diverse types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviews, phone interviews, reference checks, etc)
- Ability to organize skills assessment centres (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- BS/MS in Human Resources Management or relevant work experience
