**Job Summary / Overview**
The role takes on a comprehensive business partnering approach to ensure success, by actively collaborating with stakeholders and team members from all key departments including Operational Delivery, HR, Training, Workforce Management, and others. It is a critical component of the role to ensure a full understanding of the local business and client needs, and so the Recruitment HR Business Partner will take proactive steps to obtain the correct sources of information and translate this into effective recruitment practice.
**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**
**Responsible for all day-to-day recruitment activities required to achieve recruitment requirements in local site/business area**
**Ensures all recruitment requirements are raised in the applicant tracking system, and progresses through the appropriate approval stages**
**Completes all administration associated with resourcing and probity responsibilities**
**Ensures Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met at all times**
**Ensures the Operational Delivery, Workforce Management and Training teams, and the Senior Recruitment & HR Business Partner, are furnished with regular updates on the progress made towards each recruitment requisition, including escalation of any issues**
**Leads positive proactive activity to engage with stakeholders ahead of and during periods of ramp recruitment, to ensure a collaborative and team working approach is secured as early as possible, to ensure sufficient momentum can be maintained for successful delivery**
**Builds and develops positive and useful relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to Workforce Management, Training, HR, HR Admin, Assistant Contact Centre Managers, Contact Centre Managers, recruitment partners and agencies**
**Creates, reviews and updates assessment material in line with the client and business requirements, whilst maintaining a strong Teleperformance look and feel, and in accordance with BEST Recruitment & Selection standards**
**Reviews business data including operational performance, quality, attrition and engagement data, to identify areas requiring improvements in the recruitment or onboarding journey, and implement solutions or changes as needed with support from Recruitment Delivery Managers and others as required**
**Ensures agency use is kept to a minimum and if use is required, appropriate approval for costs is gained, volumes are reviewed regularly and the Preferred Supplier List is adhered to.**
- Regularly reviews existing recruitment assessment materials and assessment methods used with Senior Recruitment & HR Business Partner to ensure they remain fit for purpose and effectively meet ongoing recruitment needs
- Complies at all times with Company policies, the LRA, the BCEA (and any equivalent legislation covering South Africa) and the POPI Act Regulations in the undertaking of any recruitment activities
- Champions the automation and streamlining of Recruitment processes to ensure optimum efficiency can be maintained without compromising delivery of service
- Provides essential support to the Recruitment Department as needed
**Takes steps to keep knowledge up to date of new innovations and best practice approaches in recruitment & selection, as well as keeping close to labor market trends and risks**
- Tracks and maintains key statistics relating to all aspects of recruitment activity, and provides detailed reports and presentations on recruitment performance to relevant stakeholders
**Attends internal meetings as required to represent the recruitment function**

**Other duties as assigned.**
**Main Job Requirements**
**2 - 3 years’ Recruitment experience in a high-paced industry preferably within the BPO industry**
**Recruitment Experience
- Essential**
**Matric Essential/Equivalent - Essential**
**Formal qualification in a recruitment-related area, such as**:
Diploma/Certificate in Recruitment Practice or
Diploma/Certificate in Human Resource Practice, or
**Required Skills**:
Technical Skills
- Comprehensive computer skill
- Language skills - (detail if special languages are required for the relevant business area/client)
- Comprehensive knowledge/experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
