**Job brief**

We are looking for an HR Administrator/Officer to further enable our Human Resources capabilities within the organisation. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department supports both the organisation and our employees while conforming to labour laws.

**Responsibilities**
- Interview and recruit skills to fill vacancies
- Recruitment
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
- Employee Onboarding and induction
- Develop and initiate training and orientation plans for new starters
- Promote a healthy working environment for staff and management
- Revise company policies
- Driving policy and procedure adoption
- Full responsibility over Employment law matters; disciplinaries and CCMA issues
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Handle labour disputes and remedy any issues an employee might have
- Manage risk by being compliant with South Africa labour laws and recommendations
- Stay abreast of all labour legislation and evolving needs of the employer and its employees
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Updating internal systems/databases
- Answer employee queries about HR-related issues
- Employee Performance Tracking (PDP Development and Tracking, KRI/KPI development and tracking)
- Time and Attendance Management
- Leave Management
- Assist payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience
- atleast 3 -5 years as an HR Administrator, HR Office or relevant role
- Thorough knowledge of labour laws
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Must be well-organised and have excellent time-management skills
- Analyze information quickly with good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communicator to all levels of management in the company.
- Real listening skills and respect for keeping information private.

Ideal
- BSC in Human Resources or relevant field
