If you live and breathe marketing and you also have a passion for design or agency, this role is for you. We are looking for an innovative and highly-motivated Head of Marketing who will help our company strengthen its position in the Global market and grow globally. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of our marketing campaigns, sales and ensuring that all marketing activities align with our company’s mission and standards.

At Musemind, We are looking for someone with experience working with conversion funnels and analytics, establishing marketing partnerships, working with agencies, and delivering results by launching major marketing campaigns. On top of that, we are looking for a leader who is confident to make decisions on launching marketing campaigns, precise in communication with colleagues, and professional when managing operations. You will collaborate directly with the COO and CEO to align marketing team efforts with company strategy to bring results.

**About this Role**

As Head of Growth & Marketing you’ll be reporting directly to our CEO/Founder & COO. Your goal is to setup and deliver explosive growth that scales the benefits of **Musemind** to the millions of people who need a better design & UX experience for their products or software.

You have a passion for marketing, innovation and solving real customer problems. You'll be strategic in your approach and know what impact your efforts are having from the first moment someone hears about **Musemind**, through to them being a weekly user that tells all their friends about us.

You’re someone who makes things happen despite ambiguity, and can calmly handle periods of breakneck scaling and moments of chaos.

**What you’ll be doing**
- **Planning and Strategy**: Overseeing all of our growth and marketing efforts, ensuring we have an effective plan & strategy in place at all times optimising for global brand design & UI/UX service market and hitting aggressive business growth targets.
- **Growing Musemind**: Attracting, converting, and creating lifetime advocates out of our customers. This means intense collaboration to ensure our paid, owned, and earned channels are cohesive and optimised collectively. You’ll grow Musemind by...
- Establish initial contact with multiple contacts at target accounts using a multichannel
- Leverage your creativity and critical thinking to come up with effective messages and
touchpoints to convert intent signals into a conversation
- Qualify target accounts by uncovering customer needs, pain points, and buyer readiness to
generate sale opportunities
- Create opportunities, book meetings, and nurture relationships to set up our account
executive team for success
- Leverage a world-class sales tech stack to identify, nurture, and convert accounts
- Be a brand ambassador on social platforms. positioning yourself as an expert in the field of
marketing and design
- **Owning the numbers**: You will understand what's happening with the business by implementing goals and producing the data required to measure performance against them. You’ll set, agree and own the marketing budget to keep your goals on track and share all of this understanding and insight reflexively in regular reporting with the entire team.
- **Creating a brand**: Owning and creating an appealing and recognizable brand which conveys our services' effectiveness and the mission behind it. You will keep your ‘finger on the pulse’ of industry developments, competition and consumer trends to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.
- **Building a team**: Sourcing and nurturing the right talent that enables you to efficiently deliver best-in-class marketing, leading to impressive growth.

- 3-5 years of relevant work experience (at least 1-2 years leading marketing role or inside sales, preferably in creative and/or Saas-Tech companies)
- Work experience as a Global Marketing Lead or similar role will get extra privilege.
- Proven top performance in previous sales and/or commercial jobs with a track record in achieving commercial targets
- Master outbound selling by understanding the basic fundamentals of what makes an unengaged prospect, a high-value opportunity
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
- Ability to implement a modern playbook that leverages intent signals and multiple channels to convert accounts
- English verbal and written communication skills required to confidently speak with and pitch to executive management
- A self-starting approach and eagerness to learn, grow and excel in your role
- Experience with (or a desire to learn) Salesforce, 6sense, Sales Loft, Vidyard, and Sales Navigator
