Admin Operations Assistant

**SPECIFICATION**
Our client, based in Montague Gardens in Cape Town is looking for an Admin Operations Assistant to join their team.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, NOT LIMITED TO**:
- Learn Stock Items on Hand and Overall Product Portfolio
- Learn Product Quality Document Requirements and Expiry Dates of all stock items
- Update Product Quality Documents from Suppliers
- Process Supplier Orders (minimum duty)
- Follow-up with Suppliers on incoming Stock Orders and Due Dates - Local only
- Follow-up with Suppliers for: Updated Product Quality Documents
- Process Supplier Invoices and File GRV and Certificates of Analysis of products
- Process Customer Orders and get Proof of Delivery for scanning to Customers with Customer Invoices
- Arrange Customer Deliveries and retrieve Proof of Delivery
- Arrange with Transporters to Deliver Customer Orders and Follow-up
- Send Customer Tax Invoices and Filing of documents
- Assist with General Month - end Accounting
- Certificate of Analysis of all products - update on the system - issue it with Customer Delivery Notes
- Assist with completing QC Documents on Receiving and Despatch for GMP Purposes
- Assist with completing GMP QC Documents for the warehouse - monthly basis
- Keeping office and warehouse - neat and tidy and or supervision thereof
- Assist with small scale production
- Assist with contacting existing and new customers on the product portfolio and marketing thereof to assist with securing future business (this is a growth opportunity)
**Qualifications/Skills**:
- Minimum Matric plus Diploma and or Advanced Courses, that can assist the work portfolio for an Admin/Operations person
- Minimum 3 years’ Work Experience
- SAGEONE or Pastel Accounting knowledge and experience - minimum 1 -2 years, to process on the Accounting System or
- Accounting Systems
- Familiarity and or work experience within the Food Manufacturing Industry
- Understanding of Debtors and Creditors.
- Processing Customer Orders onto SAGE ONE
- Processing Supplier Invoices onto SAGE ONE
- Understanding of SKU - Stock Items and Traceability of stock
- Overall Basic Accounting Knowledge
- Assist with small scale production
- Trustworthy, Punctual, No Criminal Record, Use Initiative
- Potential Junior Management Abilities
- Driver’s License - Code 8
- Ability to work un - supervised
- Covid 19 Vaccinated, Work Verification, ID Screening & Education Verified
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R8,500.00 per month
