Personal Assistant

**The primary objective of this role to assist in PA and Admin tasks on a daily basis.**
- Diary management
- Filing
- Minute-taking
- Screening calls or directing calls to the appropriate person
- Preparation of presentations, typing & formatting of various documents (Word & PowerPoint mainly)
- Travel arrangements both local and international
- Arranging external off sites & strategy sessions
- Organising and attending meetings and ensuring all reading material etc. is prepared
- Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment
- Plan, coordinate and organise projects
- Query resolution
- Various ad-hoc responsibilities within the division
**Minimum Requirements**
5 Years relevant working experience as a Personal Assistant supporting management and a team. Experience supporting at Executive level will be preferred
- High computer literacy - strong in Word, Powerpoint and Outlook (basic knowledge of Excel an advantage)
- Strong typing skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise
- Ability to interact with clients at a senior level
- Ability to handle confidentiality
- Be able to resolve problems
- Ability to work within a team environment in a quickly moving division
- Maintaining confidentiality is a fundamental requirement for any PA- Relevant Secretarial Qualification
- Tertiary Qualification advantage
