**Description**:
**Finance Administrator - Hybrid Working - R12 000- R14 000**

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing of timesheets and ensure client approval by deadline.
- Processing of Holiday and Statutory Claims (SSP, SMP, SAP, SPP).
- All associated tasks with administering pensions and auto-enrolment.
- Answer agency staff queries related to salary payments, tax issues, pension.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of HMRC Intermediary Report.
- Recording and filing of card transactions supporting documents.
- Raising credit notes following approval.
- Credit checks new clients and conduct regular reviews.
- Processing all incoming receipts daily; referring to remittance advice where necessary
- Controlling cash collection and chasing late payments.
- Supporting the full cycle of SAR requests.
- Project Management: Complete special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- At least 5 GCSE’s (C and above) including English and Math.
- Minimum AAT Level 2 with 2 years practical work experience as Bookkeeper or Accounts Assistant.
- Competency with numbers and some working knowledge of accounting and finance.
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Solution mindset, business acumen, relationship management, organization, communication, and attention to detail.

**Desirable Skills**:

- AAT Level 3.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent working knowledge of Xero.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel Advanced (Pivot table; v-look-ups etc.).
- Coaching/Mentoring and Leadership.
