Channel Finance Specialist

A FinTech solutions group providing financial B2B and B2C services across Southern Africa, is looking for a Channel Finance Specialist to play a critical role in managing and optimising the financial performance of the company’s ATM business. This position requires a deep understanding of device mix, financial modelling, and strategic financial planning to support the sales and distribution channels.

**DUTIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse financial data related to ATM sales and transactions to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
- Financial Modelling
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, costs, and profitability for different device mixes and business scenarios
- Evaluate the financial impact of new business opportunities, pricing strategies, and promotional activities
- Channel Support
- Collaborate with sales and distribution teams to provide financial insights and support for channel strategies
- Monitor and analyse the performance of different sales channels, recommending actions to enhance profitability and efficiency
- Commission & Incentive Management
- Oversee the calculation and distribution of commissions based on device sales and ATM transactions
- Ensure timely and accurate commission payments, adhering to company policies and contractual agreements
- Develop and implement incentive programs to drive channel partner performance
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts for the ATM business
- Track and report on budget performance, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Process Improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis
- Develop and maintain standardized tools and templates for financial analysis and reporting
- Strategic Planning
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans for channel growth and expansion
- Conduct financial modelling and scenario analysis to support decision-making
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business strategies and objectives
- Compliance & Controls
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures
- Implement and maintain effective financial controls to safeguard company assets
- Assist in the preparation of audits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance, preferably within the ATM or financial services industry
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling, analysis, and reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A valid driver’s license
- Own reliable transport
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Contactable via own mobile phone
- Available for work to weekends and public holidays when required

Pay: R60 000,00 - R90 000,00 per month
