Work address: N4 Gateway Industrial Park; Willow Park Manor.

The Supply Guys are seeking a procurement clerk to fulfill a vital role in our organization. The role involves having a portfolio of suppliers to manage daily. The position is an extremely admin-intensive role and requires a person who takes ownership of these responsibilities.

**Requirements**:
Aged between 21 - 35.
- High school diploma.
- Relevant Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management/ equivalent will be advantageous.
- 2+ years of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Pastel and IQ Retail are advantageous.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Must reside in or around Pretoria.
- Own transport.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting customers with all quotes and queries.
- Placing orders with suppliers and communicating with reps regarding products.
- Completing invoices and credit notes for orders received.
- Handling the courier and packaging of orders to customers.
- Daily scheduling of transport routes for drivers.
- Assisting drivers throughout the day with delivery queries and customer communication.
- Processing returns with suppliers and completing goods returned notes.
- Maintain Social media platforms with weekly posts.
- Assist with stocktake as and when required.
- Assist the sales team with daily duties and responsibilities.

Remuneration: R8 000.00 CTC

Start Date: 1 March 2023 or a.s.a.p.

Closing Date: 24 February 2023.

**Salary**: From R8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
