**What Your Day-to-Day will Look Like**:
In your role as the Global Head of IT Infrastructure & Operations, each day will present a dynamic mix of strategic planning and hands-on management. You’ll start by overseeing the IT operations to ensure 24x7x365 service excellence. Collaborating with the IT Management and local MSP IT staff will be key to steering project progress and tackling operational challenges. A significant part of your day will involve aligning IT infrastructure initiatives with the broader business goals.

You'll engage in high-level stakeholder interactions, translating complex IT strategies into clear business outcomes, and oversee the financial aspects of the IT infrastructure.

Additionally, your day will encompass working closely with Managed Service Providers, ensuring effective and efficient service delivery. Amidst these responsibilities, prioritizing team mentorship and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement will be crucial in driving Sigma’s IT infrastructure towards operational excellence.

You have a **_minimum of 10 years industry experience_** with a degree in a discipline relevant to information technology (Advantageous). You have extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure design, implementation, and management (Servers, Cloud Platforms, Networking, Security). You have proven experience in managing large-scale, global infrastructure projects, as well as a strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and vendor management. You will also have experience in leading and developing high-performing infrastructure teams, and extensive experience in computer systems and related technologies.

You have extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure design, implementation, and management (Servers, Cloud Platforms, Networking, Security). You have proven experience in managing large-scale, global infrastructure projects, as well as a strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and vendor management. You will also have experience in leading and developing high-performing infrastructure teams, and extensive experience in computer systems and related technologies.

The Head of IT Infrastructure & Operations plays a pivotal leadership role in the IT Department. You will be overseeing the planning, design, implementation, monitoring, and optimization of the organization's IT infrastructure, both on-premises and in cloud environments, to cater to users and clients worldwide.

**Location**: Hybrid (3-4 days in office)

**Hours**: 40 (per week)
