**Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Sales Team**
**Job Summary**:
The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient handling of administrative tasks. This role involves managing data, organizing documents, and providing direct support to sales representatives, allowing them to focus more on selling and less on administrative duties.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Order Processing and Management**:
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of orders, invoices, and payments.
- **Customer Service and Support**:
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional service delivery.
- **Sales Coordination and Reporting**:
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, including sales performance metrics and revenue forecasts.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team, such as drafting correspondence and maintaining filing systems.
- Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Handle other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by sales management.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and best practices in sales administration.
- **Other Administrative Duties**:
- Completing of documents and liaising with new suppliers for onboarding
- Raising of Purchase Orders as required for new orders
**Qualifications**:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- A team player with a high level of dedication.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines. Certification in Marketing, Sales, or a relevant field is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R10 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
