- A hospitality and wellness farm is actively looking for a dedicated and organised professional to join their financial team. They seek an individual with a strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail to contribute to the financial success of the organisation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Full creditors function, including:

- Invoice capturing (Xero)
- Creditor reporting
- Payment authorisations
- Loading payments onto the banking system
- Overseeing stock ordering and receipts, including:

- Receiving and quality control of stock
- Managing stock on the accounting system
- Responsibility for a small shop on the farm, involving:

- Sales
- Stock reconciliation
- Other responsibilities include:

- Petty cash management
- Assisting with insurance claims
- Capturing payroll hours on Excel
- Ordering stationery
- Maintaining fixed asset registers

**Requirements**:

- Financial qualification
- Experience as a Creditors Clerk and/or Financial Assistant
- Proficient in the following systems:Xero and Microsoft (with a strong emphasis on Excel skills), Room Raccoon, Travel Click/iHotelier, Peach Payments
- Experience within the hospitality industry is advantageous, along with exposure to hospitality booking systems
- Proficiency in stock management and maintenance of asset registers
- Previous experience with insurance claims is advantageous
- Proficient in spoken and written English, with high presentation standards, confidence and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent telephone etiquette and clear, consistent communication skills
- Own vehicle and a valid driver’s licence
