- The role of the Learning and Development (L&D) Administrator will have administration and co-ordination responsibility within the L&D team for the effective delivery of learning materials and programmes across the business. Will have a high level of digital skills and ability to learn systems and processes quickly in order to use our learning management system (LMS) to its full potential.- Act as a super-user on the learning management system (LMS) for the e-learning platform and instructor-led events.
- Supporting the Learning and Development team with co-ordination and administration of the learning programs, user data management and training reports for the project.
- Administration and content management as directed by Learning & Development Manager on the e-learning platforms including, content creation for Training (“Day-in-the-life of” DILOs) and co-ordination of updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Aid in the analysis of data, reporting and action planning to ensure we use data to inform our plans and demonstrate tangible action based on feedback.
**Communication**
- Provide information and/or reports from the learning management system and help end users run reports
- Answer and influence compliance related questions and needs
- Educate new personnel on learning system and training matrices if needed
- Communicate system information/issues throughout company (AME), providing timely information to managers and end users as issues and solutions occur
- Provide audit support and compliance information for internal and external reviews and audits
- Be the first point of contact, and act on requests, for example: training reports, new assignments, curricula changes, and information**Inherent Requirements**

- Experience in business partnering
- Experienced using learning, HR and communication systems
- Good general IT skills (e.g. xls, ppt, Visio, Power BI) Preferrable
