The main purpose of this designation is to assist the branch manager and the business unit with administrative duties. This position reports to the branch manager.

**Primary Objectives**:

- Assist the branch manager with admin related matters.
- Assist in the process of forecasting for Cape Town stock through BMs in JHB.
- Assist admin, branch manager and business managers to consolidate pipeline reports from all sales staff for Thursday business meetings. To sit in on such meetings.
- Work alongside all admin and business staff who are involved in the ordering process to ensure that the branch always has enough stock levels, especially when B2B PMs or sales manager is absent.
- Work alongside all B2B, sales and admin staff to ensure that there is always a strong feedback system relating to aged stock and opened box credit returns.
- There will be times where assistance may be required within the service division to compile reports on jobs and credit-reinvoicing.
- General maintenance and filing.
- Ordering of provisions when and where needed.
- Assisting regions in accommodation booking.
- Keep control on client demo stock and inventory in demo room.
- Other duties as specified by the branch manager.
- Assist other branches when the need arises in the listings process.

**Education/Qualification**
- Matric or higher certificate

**Experience (experience required for the job)**
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Five years’ experience in ecommerce/online and/or retail stores operation
