Are you passionate about wine and enthusiastic about creating memorable experiences for visitors? The Franschhoek Wine Tram, a leading tourism company in the stunning Franschhoek region, is looking for dynamic, service-oriented individuals to join our team as Wine Tour Hosts.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Provide Exceptional Visitor Care**: Ensure each guest has a personalized and unforgettable experience.
- **Engage Effectively**: Use excellent verbal communication skills to interact with diverse groups and the public.
- **Collaborate Actively**: Be a proactive team member, contributing to the overall success of the Visitor Experience.
- **Perform Stewarding Duties**: Manage tasks such as ticket checking, directing visitors, and maintaining cleanliness. Assist in the Ticket Office with ticket purchases, visitor guidance, and maintaining product knowledge if trained.

**Requirements**:

- **Location**: Must reside in the Franschhoek/Paarl area and be willing to commute.
- **Language**: Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- **Education**: Must possess a Matric Certificate.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in the Tourism, Hospitality, or Wine sector is essential.
- **Qualifications**: Tourism Guide Qualification or Wine Qualification is advantageous.
- **Availability**: Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
