IT Assistant

**Role Description**

The Franschhoek Wine Tram is seeking an IT Assistant for a full-time, on-site position located in Franschhoek. The IT Assistant will be responsible for maintaining the company's IT infrastructure and providing technical support to staff and customers.

**Qualifications**
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office products, Gmail, and Google Drive
- Understanding of networking and network administration
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java and Python
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Office 365, SharePoint and OneDrive is a plus, but not required
- Experience with web design and development is a plus, but not required

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Franschhoek, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
