**Job Description**:
- Ensure adherence to company Code of Ethics.
- Assess need, organize and perform Internal Audits within the assigned regions in terms of quality systems by conducting audits in terms of Health & Safety / Quality / HR compliance and submit a comprehensive report per site visit to the regional manager.
- Ensure all mandatory training are completed by assigned deadlines for assigned region.
- Assist with monthly payment certificates: collect monthly claimable, prepare certificate and submit if required.
- Support the regional manager to meet all national Health & Safety Requirements to ensure instructions are completed within the required timeframe.
- Monthly virtual meetings with site manager and reporting thereof.
- Assist with site de-/establishment as and when required.
- Recruitment and appointment support for all positions.
- Actively participate /adopt/follow-up of Quality Improvement Projects/Programmes.
- Assess need, organize and perform Internal Audits within the assigned regions in terms of quality systems.
- Ensure compliance with company/Group Safety Policy and local legislation concerning health and safety.
- Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by direct line manager.
- Compile tender documents as and when required.
- Identify and manage risk to business and propose mitigating factors.
- Support the regional manager with all HR related matters.
- Adhere to all quality and safety requirements of the SGS management system.
Key Result Areas
- Establish, implement and maintain SHEQ management system by including Sites, Commercial Laboratories and admin offices.
- Sustain existing accreditations and quality systems
- Supervise and Reduce claims and complaints (external & internal).
**Qualifications**:
- Grade 12
- Civil engineering diploma will be advantageous.
- 3 Years work experience in a Quality testing or production environment.
- 3 Years internal auditing experience of Civil Materials Testing Sites and Commercial Offices.
- HR experience (union & bargaining council experience) will be advantageous.
- Advance Microsoft software experience
- Document and report writing experience will be required.
- Statistical knowledge will be an advantage will be required.
- Environmental experience will be an advantage.
Must be willing and able to travel with own vehicle and sleep out as and when required.
