**Managed People Solutions** is looking to hire a **Workshop Administrator **for a large **Transportation Company **based in **Linbro Park.**
- Provide administration support by responding to enquiries, answering phones and processing request.
- Follow up on jobs with different departments
- Assisting with quoting and customer agreements
- Assist with department projects

Respond to customer enquiries
- Manage all workshop returns for rental, fleet and contract units.
- Log jobs
- Coordinate with technicians
- Complete administration tasks for transport of equipment
- Will open and close job cards for mechanics and technicians
- Take parts out of store room and issue on job cards
- Manage technicians’ hrs
- Breakdown sheets
- Assist workshop manager with all admin work
- Assist with pricing if parts buyer is not in
- Filling of completed jobs
- Update and maintain service schedule

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years experience as a workshop administration
- An enthusiastic can-do attitude
- A high-energy approach, fast learning skills and motivation to succeed in a busy environment
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Computer Literacy
- Good on Microsoft excel
- Worked on an accounting program before in a workshop environment

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 3 years (preferred)
