**Field service technicians,**

**R12 000 -20 000 pm Northgate, JHB**

Sole distributor of gym equipment, products, and services seek Senior, Middle and Junior ranked FieldService Technicians to complete the day-to-day service, and repair jobs assigned to you, and to help fellow technicians where required. We are looking for motivated, driven, healthy and fit individual to join our technical team. Valid driving license essential.

**Position**:FieldService Technicians - available immediately

**Overview**:To successfully complete the day-to-day service and repair jobs assigned to you, and to help fellow technicians where required

**Salary structure**:
70% Fixed linked to standard responsibilities

30% Variable linked to performance responsibilities

**Salary brackets: Market related based on experience**

**Skills and experience**:

- **Qualification in Software/Network configuration or Engineering - non-negotiable**:

- **Experience in repairs and maintenance on equipment, i.e., Air conditioners, Copiers and Printers**:

- **Working as a team member, being able to support the team and ask for assistance.**:

- **Fast learner - e-learning training and hands-on training will be provided**:

- **Working fast and efficiently**:

- **Passionate about the Wellness industry - a lifestyle that reflects the brand**

**Certified Technician responsibilities**:

- Deliver all Preventative maintenance jobs allocated, according to Technogym standard protocols
- Prepare accurate service reports for all PM services completed

**Performance Certified Technicians responsibilities**:

- Completed a 100% of Aftersales e-learning course
- Completed the certification according to Technogym requirements
- Valid driving license
- Ensure all tools assigned to you are looked after and in a working condition
- Complete at least 3 to 4 basic mechanical repairs and assessments per day
- Mechanical repairs must have at least 80% FTFR (first time fix rate)

**Standard Senior Technician responsibilities**:

- Complete at least 3 to 4 basic mechanical repairs and assessments per day
- Mechanical repairs must have at least 80% FTFR (first time fix rate)

**Performance Senior Technicians responsibilities**:

- Complete 100% of Aftersales e-learning
- Ensure Level 1 certification is always valid
- Complete Level 2 certification process
- No vehicle abuses
- Ensure all tools assigned to you are looked after and in a working condition

**Standard Master Technician responsibilities**:

- Complete at least 3 to 4 mechanical repairs or digital troubleshooting per day
- Mechanical and digital repairs must have at least 90% FTFR
- Assist Technical specialist technician with digital installations
- No vehicle abuses
- Ensure all tools assigned to you are looked after and in working condition

**Performance Master Technicians responsibilities**:

- Complete 100% of Aftersales e-learning
- Must have a valid certified technician and senior technician certificate, with at least two-years’ experience as Senior technician, to be promoted to Master Technician
- Complete level 3 certification process
- Must complete 100% of product knowledge e-learning
- Ensure all tools assigned to you are looked after and in working condition

**Standard Technical Digital Specialist responsibilities**:

- Complete at least 3 to 4 mechanical repairs or digital troubleshooting per day
- All jobs completed must have 95% FTFR
- Create standard handover manual for products with basic troubleshooting and training for customers
- Train Master Technicians on digital installations and cloud management
- No vehicle abuses
- Ensure all tools assigned to you are looked after and in working condition
- Basic IT support within the company

**Performance Technical Digital Specialist responsibilities**:

- Complete 100% of Aftersales e-learning
- Must have a valid Master Technician certification
- Must complete 100% of product knowledge e-learning
