**Marketing Executive - **This role is 3 days per week full time (24 hours per week)**:

**The Role**:
**Overall purpose of the role**:
We are seeking a passionate Marketing Executive to craft compelling copy and design for our sales itineraries and other customer-facing travel documents. You'll ensure brand alignment, accuracy, and a wow factor that excites our customers. As part of the Product Team, you'll also contribute to the design of operational trip documents.

**Key responsibilities**:

- **Craft & Design Compelling Itineraries**: Develop engaging and accurate itinerary copy (activities, locations, trips) ensuring on-ground accuracy. Design impactful sales brochures with visuals to impress clients (ensure swift turnaround).
- **Coordinate & Oversee Itinerary Approvals**: Proofread final documents (high standards) and handle internal approvals for new productions.
- **Collaborate with Product on Itinerary Updates**: Assist with updates (activities, changes) and provide copywriting expertise (templates, brand consistency) for the Product Team.
- **Develop Collateral & Operational Documents**: Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for collateral while assisting with operational document production for trips.
- **Continuously Pursue Learning & Growth**: Actively seek opportunities for professional development.

**Key skills**:

- **Brand Expertise**: Craft compelling copy in our brand voice & develop engaging visual content aligned with brand identity (proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, ideally Illustrator).
- **Technical Proficiency**: Possess solid understanding of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Proficiency in the use of AI to expedite copy generation
- **Meticulous & Efficient**: Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in design, copywriting, and proofreading. Handle time effectively while balancing multiple priorities.
- **Teamwork & Adaptability**: Thrive in a collaborative environment with strong interpersonal skills. Be adaptable and assist with a variety of tasks and projects.
- **Travel Industry Advantage (preferred)**: Prior travel or work experience in the travel industry/associated media is preferred.
