**Marketing Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the Brand Managers, Digital Marketing Manager and Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing Consultant in the delivery of key marketing campaigns on a variety of channels
- Working with the team to develop ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns
- Developing marketing campaigns with key messaging that is appropriate to campaign objectives and audience
- Managing social channels for the brands through developing and scheduling content, engaging with audiences and developing campaigns to increase reach and engagement
- Researching new social channels as they arise & recommending developments for social media channels as you believe appropriate
- Conducting research and proposing key topics and activities that will help us deliver against Matchtech, Barclay Meade & Gattaca Projects & Solutions marketing strategy
- Supporting sales enablement including B2B sales and marketing collateral
- Cultivating story ideas from across the business to work into the Content Plan. Writing and editing articles and social media posts to be built into the content plan.

**Skills, Competencies and Experiences**:

- Have a passion for developing a career in marketing & communications.
- A Marketing degree or qualification is nice but not essential if you're ready to learn
- Copywriting, proofing and editing experience is important.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines; working in a smart and well-organised way and ultimately a proven ability to get tasks done on time and to specification.
- Fluent in English and possessing good communication, analytical, numeracy and reporting skills.
- Great communication and influencing skills supported by exceptional written and spoken English skills.
- A collaborative team player with an attention to detail.
