
Workshop Back Office Administrator

**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:
Overseeing and managing the collections environment
Processing new and recurring billings on to the system
Ensure that processes are followed before vehicles are handed over
Approval of high-profile contract applicants
Customer billings and administration
Dealing with escalations of client queries
Managing and collecting debts to ensure payments are received on a timely basis
Attending to customer service requests on the ticketing system
Complex calculations for upgrades and downgrades and at the end of rentals
B-Com degree with minimum 2-years experience
Assertive and outgoing individual with good interpersonal skills
Leadership and management expertise
Understand basic accounting principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous Collections experience a must
Risk Modelling experience an advantage
Compliance experience and understanding essential
