Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, the HR Coordinator supports and coordinates all HR related duties among the 9 hotels in the region (South and East Africa).

From recruiting to auditing processes, the HR coordinator acts as People and Culture contact for the line staff within the region.

Key Responsibilities include (but not limit to):

- Assist with the induction and employee onboarding.
- Ensure that all HR Administration for New Engagements & Exiting employees is completed timeously for each property and documents are well maintained for record purposes.
- Ensure Hotels and Company records and Employee Files are kept up to date and comply with auditors and Labor Department inspections.
- Ensure all communication and administration for Medical Aid and Pension Fund is completed accurately and on time.
- Assist in all HR ad hoc duties.

Qualifications and Skills:

- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources department
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize deadlines and multi-task in a fast
- paced environment.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to interface with staff at all levels.
- Autonomy
- Attention to detail and follow-through
- Hospitality industry experience is highly advantageous.
