Job Title: Account Manager - Aesthetics
Location: Johannesburg
Galderma is looking for an Account Manager - Aesthetics to handle sales of aesthetic products in Johannesburg.
You will be responsible for achieving the assigned territory sales targets through promotion of the entire aesthetics portfolio, in line Galderma’s commercial strategies. You will be working primarily with Dermatologists and other aesthetic medicine providers.
Key Tasks- Identify business opportunities for Galderma via a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape- In consultation with the Sales Manager, develop a territory business plan that outlines activities, set targets and defines budgets.- Execute the business plan and manage budget to achieve sales targets. Provide weekly/monthly reporting to the Sales Manager to ensure everything is on track.- Participate in Sales and Cycle Meetings and help the team develop sales policy and create new initiatives to help the whole sales team to achieve objectives for the region.- Administration and maintenance of CRMS system and other databases to ensure compliance.
Skills & Qualifications- Prior pharmaceutical sales experience. Experience in aesthetics or dermatology a plus.- Selling, negotiations, communication, and customer relationship skills- Entrepreneurial mindset- Valid Driver’s LicenseWhat we offer in return
