A Medical Insurance Company based in Benoni is looking for a Self-motivated, hard working Individual to develop strong connections with employers by engaging with their key business executives and other stakeholders, serving as a wellness facilitator during wellness events**. **Develop strategies and initiatives to elevate customer satisfaction and promote retention and Provide counselling and support to individuals dealing with mental health challenges or stress-related issues to promote emotional well-being

**Key Tasks**

**Client Relationship building**
- Develop and sustain professional relationships with clients
- Oversee client interactions to enhance awareness of our service offerings
- Deliver proactive support to aid client retention and growth
- Facilitate regular client meetings, whether in-person or virtual, to foster development and engagement
- Ensure understanding of our benefits with both members and employers
- Develop strategies and initiatives to elevate customer satisfaction and promote retention
- Effectively present our products and services to clients
- Offer assistance in resolving any employer-related issues concerning their employees' coverage
- Plan, organise and execute Wellness Days as and when required
- Assist with addressing escalated issues originating from internal departments for the relevant clients
- Deliver feedback on Wellness Days testing and benefits training and actively engage in real-time problem-solving at these events

- Conduct health screenings,and relevant Wellness testing such as BMI assessments, glucose testing, HIV screenings, and hypertension checks to assess and monitor individuals' physical health
- Provide counselling and support to individuals dealing with mental health challenges or stress-related issues to promote emotional well-being
- Conduct risk assessments by identifying health risks and vulnerabilities through the health screenings and counselling sessions, allowing for early intervention and preventive measures.
- Refer high risk members to the appropriate provider / facility/ program
- Analyse the data collected during health screenings to provide insights and recommendations for individual and group health improvement
- Maintain regular contact with individuals to track progress and offer ongoing support for their health and well-being
- Provide continuous Education and Training for employers and employees
- Educate clients or employees on the benefits available to them at the time of the wellness day

**General administrative**

- Uphold the adherence to essential departmental reporting
- Verify the full compliance of assigned companies and provide assistance with registration if needed
- Ensure accurate reporting on client interactions and showcase value-added contributions
- Perform any additional tasks delegated by the management team
- Compile a detailed assessment report for the various stakeholder on the wellness days that have been scheduled

**Other requirements**
- Drivers Licence
- Own Car (advantageous)

**Essential Qualifications**
- Matric
- Wellness/Nursing Qualification
